School fees online payment method

When asked to include a note for your payment transfer, please put down a note with student’s Surname first then a comma "," followed by First Name-Second Name(if any) and a comma, followed by the class "Kind/Prep/G1/VCE" with a comma, followed by the Campus "Kew" or “Temp”;

for example, a note can be written as “CITIZEN,aussie-bloke,G1,KEW”; or “LUO,ping-nie,Kind,Temp”

Please keep a payment record(your bank statement) or a readable snapshot of the online payment including the payment reference number, amount and the date for reconciliation.
